By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the phbida platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phbida makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a phbida account:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phbida account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phbida reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phbida is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification and any other documentation reasonably requested by phbida to verify your identity.
3.4 Account Ownership. phbida accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your phbida account or any rights therein to any third party.
3.5 Non-Resident Accounts. phbida primarily serves players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbida Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify phbida immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your phbida account or any other breach of security. phbida will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 phbida strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, phbida cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.
4.4 All activity conducted through your phbida account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your responsibility unless you have notified phbida of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 4.2 above.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phbida accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
5.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The following funding sources are strictly prohibited on the phbida platform: (a) credit cards used for gambling deposits, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations; (b) cryptocurrency of any kind; (c) funds sourced from illegal activities.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). phbida reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider. phbida is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the phbida platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phbida is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. phbida reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, following reasonable notice to the registered email or mobile number.
6.1 phbida may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Bonuses are credited to your phbida account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
6.3 phbida reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
6.4 Only one bonus may be active on your phbida account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses.
6.5 phbida reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means, including by deducting such amounts from your account balance.
7.1 All games available on the phbida platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 phbida uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phbida reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. phbida's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 phbida reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of placing the bet.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phbida platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
10.3 The phbida name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phbida. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of phbida.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 phbida's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbida account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 phbida does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phbida's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 phbida reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or any other reason at phbida's sole discretion.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, prohibited conduct, or provision of false information.
12.3 Upon termination of your account for reasons other than cause, phbida will process a withdrawal of any remaining balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
12.4 You may close your phbida account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
13.1 phbida reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phbida will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the phbida platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 12.4.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at phbida.one/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising from your use of the phbida platform shall first be submitted to phbida's customer support team for resolution. phbida will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phbida's internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 phbida operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
